Tom was very reliable, he turned up exactly on time to look at the work and gave me an estimate later that day. He was able to do the work within the time I needed and again arrived as arranged to carry out the work, which I was very happy with. So much so I have asked about a couple of other jobs as well. He was hardworking, excellent tradesman, who got on with it, did a professional job and at a reasonable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to others and using him again myself. Tom Tom was excellent from start to finish. He worked hard, arrived exactly when he said he would, and stayed until the job was completely finished. He was polite, professional, and handled interactions with my neighbours really well, which I appreciated. 5*/A* - Perfect! Tom was one of the first to come and quote. Never mind getting someone to do the work, we were promised quotes and had multiple no shows. We instantly liked and had faith in Tom - He had a busy few weeks, but we were happy to wait, and I’m sure glad we did. He’s extended our patio, laid new flower beds and has transformed our garden (and for a very reasonable price!) Tom is very trustworthy, honest, polite and extremely hard working. We now have some other projects, so Tom, we will be back in touch! 😀
