  Fixed my DIY failure

  Counting my lucky stars! Tom had same day availability for fixing my failed, leaking DIY attempt at an old radiator repair (I broke it so much it needed replacing). Excellent work, done quickly, and well finished. Customer service was excellent, and he had some kind words of advice for my DIY attempts… which I shall not be doing again!

  Underfloor heating repair

  Tom responded to my call within an hour and was able to see us within a few hours. He had scheduled us for the following Monday but squeezed us in 5 days early which was amazing. He identified the issue and resolved it very quickly. Very pleased with this excellent service!

  Upgrade from Gravity to Pressurised System

  10/10 all round, Tom and Karl were excellent, very clean, tidy and respectful. All work carried out to a very high standard and results are superb. Friendly and easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and answered any questions with detail and great advice. Overall I’m very impressed and I highly recommend, I will be using them for any future gas and plumbing jobs.

  Fixing heating and hot water

  I highly recommend Tom for any plumbing needs! He recently came to our rescue on his day off to fix the hot water for my grandmother. Not only did he get the job done quickly and efficiently, but he also took the time to explain the process to me, showing how he was working to save us money. Tom’s friendly demeanor and dedication to ensuring we didn’t have to go without hot water were truly appreciated.
