T F Security serviced my alarm system. They arrived on time and were polite, respectful, helpful and efficient.

Frankie was polite and clear on the phone. The estimate given (which was reasonable) never changed. He came bang on time and changed the battery pack quickly without fuss, showing me the old corroded version. He tested the keypad briefly with me and kept me advised of what was what along the way. Frankie was personable and professional, and the job took less than 15 minutes. Would recommend and use this company again. Grateful to have my mind eased about the horrors of my very noisy alarm going off during every tiny little power cut when we're out all day!
