Responded to my query immediately. Gave me an immediate and really fair quote. He stuck to the quote. I asked for a specific date and he made it work. He turned up on time and really went out of his way to do a great job. You can tell when a tradesperson genuinely cares about the work he is doing and the situation he is leaving you with. I haven’t always had a good experience. Tom at TF Electrics really made us feel looked after and not ripped off! Will definitely use him again and will definitely recommend.

Tom has been a star, replacing 2 fuse boxes for day and night electric with a smart combined box, fitting new electric heating and setting up my app for me as a technophobe. Also sorting bath rail timer and installing more sockets . Great price, excellent communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him
