Tom contacted me and we agreed date. He met workers on site, claims he did the test and that was it. No communication for 5 days until he called to say he had done the test as there was nothing to show for it. Then I began chasing for the report but no response. Back to square one and I have contacted another electrician to come and do the test.

Tom is brilliant. He has done a couple of jobs for me and I will continue to use him and definitely recommend him to others. He is highly skilled, quick to reply to messages and to attend jobs and competitively priced. My tenant also said what a nice guy he is! Thanks Tom

Responded to my query immediately. Gave me an immediate and really fair quote. He stuck to the quote. I asked for a specific date and he made it work. He turned up on time and really went out of his way to do a great job. You can tell when a tradesperson genuinely cares about the work he is doing and the situation he is leaving you with. I haven’t always had a good experience. Tom at TF Electrics really made us feel looked after and not ripped off! Will definitely use him again and will definitely recommend.

Tom has been a star, replacing 2 fuse boxes for day and night electric with a smart combined box, fitting new electric heating and setting up my app for me as a technophobe. Also sorting bath rail timer and installing more sockets . Great price, excellent communication and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him
