  Needed my carpets and rug cleaner urgently and Thiago kindly fitted me in to his busy schedule at short notice. Did a brilliant job !! Very professional but also very pleasant and helpful with his advise. Would not hesitate to use him again. Very happy to recommend.

  I contacted Tiago to help me clean my carpets and it was the best decision I made. After attempting a self-clean in 2025 and not achieving the results I wanted, I needed a professional to do the job and Tiago delivered excellent customer service. From the first phone call to inquire about his service, he was professional and kind. He managed to fit my appointment within 24 hours of inquiry. Within the hour he had cleaned and restored the carpets in my apartment to a clean and fresh condition, managing to remove tough stains from the carpet.   Tough stains handled expertly

  A faulty electric water heater needed to be removed from the top of my house and leaked sodium acetate trihydrate all over the carpets on the way down in the process. The carpets were rock solid with a salt-like residue. TF Carpet Cleaning Reading were able to completely remove it, plus bring the carpets back to life as they hadn't been washed in years. They were extremely fast and efficient and saved me a fortune in not having to get the carpets replaced. Friendly and professional, I couldn't recommend them more strongly.
