John Tettmar is a fantastic Thames Water approved plumber. The initial response to discuss and then confirm and solve leakage was excellent. He took away the stress! I would highly recommend his company Tettmar Water & Gas. Should the need arise I will not hesitate in calling on John’s expertise again in the future.

I genuinely can’t praise Colin and John enough. After a few bad experiences with tradespeople, I’m usually cautious, but they’ve completely restored my faith. Their knowledge, attention to detail and quality of work are outstanding. They installed two Mira showers (one mixer, one digital) flawlessly—no fuss, no mess, and even matched the grout so you can’t see where the old units were. When I thought I had an issue with the hot water, they came back, checked everything and found a hidden leak in an unrelated radiator, which they fixed. They tested all systems and even ran a gas check!!

I have been using Tattmar Water and Gas Limited for over ten years with various projects around the house . They have recently worked upon an insurance claim due flood damage from a water tank requiring re- decoration and replacement flooring to three bedrooms . They have also completed works to a shower room and replacement flooring to hall and living room. At all times I have been extremely pleased with their quality of works . They are friendly and neat and tidy and arrive on time. I have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends.

Colin and John Tettmar recently replaced downstairs toilet/basin/floor to ceiling tiling. We have used their services before and we’ve never been disappointed. They always arrived on time, were always polite. They are extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. Very clean and tidy (every day!) which was amazing. Their workmanship is second to none. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. Excellent job, very thorough and very reasonably priced. We would not hesitate to recommend Colin and John.

We recently had our en-suite refurbished by Tettmar, Colin and John arrived early and were very polite. They completely covered the upstairs area with dust sheets to protect everything. They cleaned up every night before leaving and were very tidy. They had to rip out the old tiled shower, shower tray and door and then replace the plaster board before fitting a new low riser shower tray, PVC panels and a new frame less shower door. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we are thoroughly pleased with the work. Would recommend to anybody who needs a shower room refurbishment.
