  Taking sample for testing

  I rang to enquire about a possible asbestos fire board on the back of our cellar door. We were selling our house and this could hold up or even stop our sale. The very next morning a very polite man arrived to take a discreet sample. They sent it for testing and I received a certificate to show there was no asbestos within 3 days from my initial phone call. That's what I call service. Brilliant communication and speedy service. Wonderful result to know there's no problem and with the security of knowing they would have removed the board safely had there been asbestos present.
