  Once contacted Joey was quick to provide a quote which was very competitive. He kept us well informed on the start date. He and Andy arrived on time and worked extremely hard every day. They were both so respectful of us and our property. As well as K.Rendering our bungalow they also plastered two previously Artex rooms for us. We are absolutely over the moon with what they’ve done and highly recommend them.

  Removing existing render and re-rendering with lime render

  Joey has just completed a fantastic lime rendering job on our house. About 4 layers of sand and cement render was sitting with ugly cracks, because sand and cement render was used instead of lime render. Joey removed all of the old render, remedied some issues encountered with the building, and applied the new lime render. The end result is way better than expected, it’s gone from looking a tired and unloved home externally, to a really smart house. Couldn’t recommend more highly! Honest, trustworthy, friendly and reliable.

  Joey provided a detailed quote with all the elements of the job included. He communicated well throughout the job, and he always arrived on time. As previously remarked he is very tidy, even cleaning and sweeping in adjacent property, which was remarked on by neighbours, who were very grateful. He is highly professional and thorough. I am extremely pleased with the workmanship, which was completed both to the price and the schedule. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
