Terry DRAKE attended when he said he would, identified the issues leading to the leak and undertook the re seating of our ridge tiles. The work was carried out efficiently by a polite and hard working tradesman for the agreed price and the site was left clean and tidy. I have no hesitation recommending T DRAKE to anyone needing roof repairs.

Terry and his team were excelled - great communication, high work quality and a reasonable price for a job that turned out more complex than I had hoped for.

Best thing I did was to contact Terry Drake. Terry suggested using a 'Dry Verge System' using heavy duty plastic fittings as opposed to the traditional re-bedding the end tiles in mortar. This work was completed within days of receiving his quote and the scaffolding required for the work was removed the very next working day. All in all a 'Great' job and at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Terry's suggestion the tiles on the roof are now safe from any further damage, maintenance has been reduced, with the use of heavy duty plastic fittings and the finished job looks good.
