Johnny and his team did a great job replacing the damaged lead balcony flooring. We wanted to keep lead, not the easiest material to work with, as it was in keeping with the age of the property. Johnny came around promptly to quote, and the work was started and completed in really quick time. Johnny kept us up to date with progress and the team on the ground were very professional. Price was very competitive as well. I would recommend.

Work carried out promptly and in good time.

All work required to be done was completed. Pete and his mate (foreign, don't know his name) worked very hard and were easy to talk to. A variety of roofers were employed on different days. A tear in the roof lining was found in the loft under the ridge following replacement of the ridge tiles. The cause of this is unknown.The site was left tidy on completion and no other issues have been found. We are happy with the outcome.

Pete demonstrated an excellent knowledge at quotation stage and explained in more detail how the work would be done than others. Competitively priced against sensible timeframes (others inflated the duration and price). On time and courteous throughout. Attention to detail on final quality of finish a minor area for improvement, and some minor waste left behind. Experienced an issue a few weeks later with new guttering overflowing and it was addressed first thing the next working day without quibble. Overall the work was completed as intended and agreed. Practical and recommended.
