Terra Energy Solutions responded very quickly to CheckaTrade request and were able to get an engineer Adem out to me first thing the next morning. Adem arrived on time and quickly checked and resolved my issue, including additional work quickly and efficiently. The cost was very competitive, will definitely use Terra Energy Solutions again.

Was called promptly after filling in form with problem, sufficient details were taken over the phone to allow the likely outcome (replacement of inverter) to be established and the costs discussed (call out fee to include 1 hours work and replacement inverter). When the electrician came, he had a suitable replacement inverter on the van and was able to install this within the 1 hour included in the call out fee. Costs were exactly as discussed by phone. Solar system now back on line and happy with the job
