Terence was amazing! From start to finish from accommodating the needs of the service to doing the job to a very high standard. Really pleased with the work Terence did for us - he was tidy, punctual and the quality of the work was excellent. We had to change plans last minute due to some additional works we were having done in the property and Terence was really accommodating of this, the flexibility was much appreciated!
