Russell and his team did a great job even thought it turned out to be complicated. Always returned my calls and didn’t let me down at all. The bathroom is lovely now.

Was very impressed when the builder came round to view to quote for the job and definitely gave the impression they were competent to do the work. Said would send quote within 2 weeks, but never did. When I messaged to chase up the response came back to busy and unable to help. Then why bother to view the job if too busy to take on.
