  Very smooth and easy. They visited to explain everything, organised an electrictian to install a power supply for the new unit and then came and installed in just a few hours. Friendly and efficient.

  The whole process of having an air conditioning unit fitted in our master bedroom was seamless with Temcon. They were also very accommodating to my anxieties which I was most grateful for. 5 months on and the unit is a God send even when it's cold as it can provide heat too. Top quality all round.
