John was amazing, he came when he said he would, he identified the issue and the best way to fix it. He has fixed the leak and ensured the same issue won’t happen again. He was professional, tidy and so helpful. I will recommend him to everyone!

Jon was quick to respond to the initial request for a quote and offer appointment. Full assessment of the problem provided and options provided to fix and repair the issue. Letter of quotation provided by Jon with Terms of reference and fully explained what the work would entail and how long it would take. Fully explained that further work may be required dependent on what may be found in initial stages. Jon was very knowledgeable and offered suitable advice and options. Very conscientious in his work and very helpful. Work completed to a high standard and nothing was too much trouble.

Jon was amazing from start to finish, from the moment he came and did the quote to actually completing the job. Jon worked with us and communicated thoroughly throughout. Nothing was too big or too small specially when it came to some problems with our pipework. The experience was next to none. Our bathroom needed a serious renovation to the point we became so unsatisfied with what we were living with, to now! Jon is very trustworthy, which is key if you go out to work. Jon transformed our old leaky bathroom into a beautiful fresh bathroom!! I told him what I liked and he did the rest from finding the bathroom suite to the gold accessories I wanted, great communication and very tidy!! Also squeezed us in before Christmas as we had a bad leak that went through to downstairs we had our new bathroom in time for Xmas! Thanks Jon

Having asked Jon to refurbish our bathroom, he and his team did a great job in turning our bathroom around, taking out bath and replacing it with a walk in shower, new sanitary ware, and taking tiles off walls. Jon kept us informed of what work had been done and what was coming next, and each day left the place clean and tidy. It is now a pleasure to use shower not having to clamber in and out of bath which became difficult for us. Jon and his team very pleasant and polite at all times.
