With 30+ years experience of working with telecoms and telephone systems the proprietor Mike Fletcher has a wealth of knowledge to offer. One of our most popular requests is to relocate the master telephone socket, often this is positioned in a totally unsuitable place, sometimes with not even a mains socket nearby to plug in your router. It is good practice to have your router plugged into the master phone socket, to prevent any degradation in your broadband speed. We can move your master socket to a more convenient area of your home.

In older properties the telephone cables were often run through holes drilled into the wooden window or door frame, as in those days of having to use hand tools to drill holes, wood was a much easier option to drill through, than brick! That's fine until the day comes when you need to replace your old rotten frames for nice uPVC frames, but the fitters won't be able to carry out the work without cutting off your phone and broadband. We ensure that not only is the job carried out to a high technical standard, but with an eye for detail to ensure the job is nice and neat. Furthermore, when we've completed the job we will clean up afterwards and not expect you to clear up after us!
