I couldn’t be happier with the work completed this week. It was a substantial job covering the landing and a second bedroom, involving the removal of an old airing cupboard and integrated wardrobe. This has completely transformed the area, adding space and making it feel much bigger. The team boarded and skimmed the walls to a seamless finish and replaced the coving and skirting. They were incredibly flexible, even moving plug sockets without any fuss. Communication was excellent, the craftsmanship is top-tier, and they left

Deinstalled existing window and blocking up the hole. This was an internal window and was blocked with plasterboard, insulation and plastered on both sides. The work done was excellent and now looks great. Thanks to Max and the team it was completed efficiently and timely. I have no problems recommending TEF Construction Ltd and I have another job lined up for them later in the year.

Installation of 2 x bi-fold doors. Not an easy job as the door frames are not square. I was unhappy with one of the doors; the slider rail provided with the door was inadequate. The chaps sourced a replacement and returned to re-fit the door with the new slider. They made a good job and to my satisfaction. They were most courteous, efficient and made good all work areas.

Very timely and good communication, will be using next time.
