This is the 4th time we have used Tom's services. This time firstly foran emergency leak to our downstairs toilet and then again to caary out some work in our bathroom. Always polite and does the job 100% without shortcuts or 'that will do'. Going to have him back again to do some work in our Utlity Room next

Tom did a great job, his attention to detail was excellent and he left everywhere clean & tidy.

I had an on going dialogue with TEEPS before the job and he turned up at the time he said he would having brought the date forward a day. Done and sorted very quickly with no mess.

Excellent communication, explained the issue and sorted within a few hours and to the quoted amount.
