What a great guy ted was, he came to our rescue over a weekend and repaired our boiler , and just a few days later (yesterday) he came to service our boiler, he was very respectful for my kitchen situation as the boiler was in an awkward place , he advised us on what things we should do to keep our boiler in good condition and wasn't pushy regarding the cost for his service, would we recommend this lovely guy to anyone else , well we certainly will and certainly won't hesitate to call him again , thank you ted you was amazing

Ted was recommended by a neighbor which can be worrying, but I had no need to be. Good pricing, timing and first class work ethic. nothing too much trouble, meticulas, clean and tidy worker. He had to overcome some problems due to supplier issues, and he did. I would recommed again no worries. Thank you Ted

Ted has very reasonable rates, as well as very quick & clean. I cannot fault either his work or his attitude.

Ted carried out an annual boiler service on a combi boiler. He highlighted a couple of issues: one that the pressure valve wasn't filling properly (possible water pressure problem) and other was that a self-tapping screw was missing from the flue pipe exiting the roofline. He even emptied and cleaned the filter unit. All at no extra charge! He was courteous, considerate, and conscientious! He took his shoes off before going upstairs, laid down a dust sheet in the work area and cleaned and tidied up would thoroughly recommend.

Though I was out walking the dog , my wife told me Ted did a very professional and thorough service of our gas boiler . And an extremely nice guy too. Very polite and courteous. Will use Ted again . Well recommended

We have historically used Ted for some time now which speaks for itself really. Ted is always very thorough and will go the extra mile to identify where the problem might be. Keeps to appointment times and communicates promptly to texts. Very clean and tidy. Overall excellent service.
