Our lock on our bifold doors was broken. Tom responded to my job requested within minutes, and visited the next day as arranged. Replacement fitted and all working as new, for a reasonable fee. Thanks and happy to recommend.

We had been having trouble with a stiff/sticking back door lock and was worried that it might pack up altogether. The lock fit engineer, Caymen, came round, on time, explained what the problem was and was most efficient in correcting the problem. Would certainly recommend.

Responded quickly and offered to come look at the job and quote with no call out fee. Cost was reasonable so did the job immediately.

very pleasant helpful man came when agreed, checked locks as one was sticking, did not try and sell us new lock, simply adjusted the door and said the locks were fine, so nice to have someone who didnt try to con you
