We live in a mobile home and decided to get aircon fit ready for the summer. Andy was extremely helpful advising on which unit to get and the communication was great. Issac and Louie came to fit our new Aircon system yesterday and we are over the moon. They were so polite and professional. They got on with the job and did it to a very high standard leaving everything clean and tidy. You wouldn't know They were ever there!! We went for the budget Toshiba unit and it works a treat. The two engineers were very polite and worked very efficiently and well together. They left the work very tidy and there was no clearing up required from me.

Most recent work done was to an elderly Daikin VRV, which involved trace and repair (3 leaks - very thorough) and sourcing and replacing parts. Very professional and cautious so as to avoid risk of gas escape and went the extra mile. We have used Technicool for both service and repair / replacement on our central London premises for many years

From the moment I spoke to Steve at Technicool I knew I was in good hands. We arranged a day to meet at my property and Steve went through all the different options that are available. Within 24hrs I had my quote and we had an install date booked in. The guys who fitted the units were 100% professional and treated our home like it was their own. We are so pleased with the final product and will be using Technicool again if we decide to have any more installs in the future. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. 10/10

The service was professional all the way from the initial call out and engagement with customer service to the engineer who arrived on time and performed the work
