  Solar Installation

  We selected Techfor Energy having looked at a few suppliers as it was clear they knew exactly what they were talking about. The pre-contract survey was incredibly detailed and resulted in the design of the perfect system for what we wanted. They are absolutely not the cheapest solution but we have total confidence the extra cost was a worthwhile investment in system quality, the quality of the installation work and the after-sales support. The selection of Tesla for the battery storage caused us some unexpected delays in delivery but the solar panel installation was very efficient and everythi

  Great install by great team of great system.

  We had a roof array install as well as a car charger and tesla battery+dc expansion fitted. The team who came were really friendly and easy to have around. The team at our house and those we communicated with by email ensured regular communication, which was really helpful. We had an issue setting up our export tarrif with our energy provider, and Oscar was especially helpful ensuring we had all we needed to get our tarrif set up. The product/apps are great, my techy husband is especially pleased with the end result. 10/10 would recommend.

  Installation of solar panels, battery and EV charger

  We are very happy with Techfor Energy and their installation of our solar panels, battery and EV charger. Glenn is evidently very knowledgable, and during pre-sales calls he took the time to carefully explain the technical details of the proposed solution, and I really appreciated their scientific approach to picking the panels they supply as a company. The scaffolding was put up/taken down when it was meant to be, and the roofers and electrictian were all tidy and polite. Minor issues that arose were handled without fuss. Overal very happy with our system and will gladly recommend Techfor.

  We first considered solar panels in 2015 and having researched on Which Trusted Traders we contacted Glenn Ashby and his team at Techfor Energy, found them very knowledgeable, thorough and indeed impressive. We consulted them again 7 years later when our roof needed retiling and after listening to their advice agreed to their installing further panels, a Tesla battery and myenergi equipment. We are always happy to speak to them to check when we need advice. on any aspect as happened today!

  Only trust the experts

  Thank goodness for the experts. I recently had extensive repairs to my roof which needed removal of my solar panels and their reinstallation after the work was completed. The roofer reassured me that he had his own man who was competent at this. In the event the outcome was far from satisfactory. I turned to TechforEnergy for their help as they had been the original installers of my solar panel system. Glenn was horrified at what was left behind and proceeded to promptly re-install the panels and the cabling to make them safe again. The lesson here is - always use experts you can trust.

  Technically competent and creative Panel and Battery solutions

  Glen and his technical team were able to come up with an innovative battery and panel solution to a complex & challenging project. They remained very supportive technically with flexibility over an extended period in the quotation stage while we worked with the necessary authorities and other stakeholders for the required approvals.
