The toilet in our ensuite would not stop flushing, so my husband tried to fix it. He got so far, but there was a leak coming from the bottom. We reached out on Checkatrade and Joe got back to us very quickly. We provided photos and he gave us quote...which compared to other plumbers was very reasonable. Joe gave us a time and date he could make to fix the toilet, which was the next day, and messaged us to say he was running late. He arrive dead on the dot of the next scheduled time. Joe fixed the issue quickly, was personable and cleared up afterwards. We would highly recommend Joe.

So impressed from start to finish. Joe contacted with his availability which was luckily next Woking day. He kept us up to date with his arrival time. He was able to repair the flush and will come back at a later date to do some cosmetic repairs once we have purchased the supplies. So impressed,-what a great company to deal with. Will keep this number handy for any further work required.

Joe got back to our enquiry straight away and came round the same day to diagnose a leak we had from our shower. He fixed the issue quickly and even came round to do so on a Sunday afternoon. Joe was polite and pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone.

Joe came to my house to fix a blocked drain that I had in the downstairs kitchen. He immediately found the problem cleared the drains and did it all with a smile. Joe replaced the cartridges in my kitchen tap and fixed a leak on my bath. The bath was leaking through the ceiling, so I was so grateful that he came out on a day that he doesn't normally work as I was desperate to get it fixed ASAP. He was really polite, professional and nothing was too much trouble. He sourced the part and went out to collect it and it was all fixed in one visit. Everything was left as he found it.
