Troy was available at short notice and communicated clearly throughout. He resealed my shower drain, unblocked the shower trap, replaced a stiff temperature control dial, and realigned a crooked bath tap - all done efficiently and to a high standard. He worked quickly, was tidy, and left everything clean and in great shape. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing jobs!

Troy is very professional and polite, and knows his job. I had a plumbing issue, he arrived on time and was able to fix the leak very quickly. I would use him again if I have any other issues as he was also very honest.

Troy provided an excellent service - fast, efficient and effective. I called around to ask if he could help with a few small jobs. He asked me to text him details and said he’d come over within the hour. He quickly fixed a leaking kitchen tap and identified a bigger than expected pipe blockage and cleared that. He then came the next day to install an outside tap. Communication was good, he let me know his eta each time and explained what the problems were and how he was going to resolve them. He did the work quickly and to a high standard, and was great value for money. Highly recommend

Very good experience. What I initially thought would be a straightforward flush mechanism replacement turned out to a more complicated job because of how the previous owners installed the toilet. but Troy recommended the correct component and charged a good price despite being on site for a few hours. Would highly recommend.

Troy was very helpful, and when discussing the problem with my toilet leak over the phone - he asked to send a photo and video so he suggested a few things so that I could sort myself, without the need for call out. I really appreciated his help and his honesty, and will definitely call him again, should I have another plumbing problem in the future! Thanks Troy!
