As a single working divorced mum, getting trade people to quote and do work in my home, is a real stress. I usually dread it. I guess I am easy pickings being so clueless! However TDN was the best service I have used for years. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to others. I asked for a quote, this was given and was clear and fair. No hidden extras. TDN are reliable and the quality of the work was really impressive. The service was friendly, not patronising and the price was fair and honest. I really could not fault it and will certainly be using TDN again in the future for any plumbing. 👏🏻

I was asked to provide pictures of what was in situ and I also provided ones of the type of products that I would like (within these where pictures of items from a certain plumbing chain) I hadn’t brought them they were just a reference to receive a response of “ if you choose that company then I don’t want to do the work” I thought this was strange as it was just a reference of a style that I liked. The person never came to see the area in person and to me felt as though he was just going through the motions in order to get a rating on this site.

After being let down by a couple of plumbing companies, it was such a relief to have proper, decent and efficient service from Todd. He came on the same day as my enquiry to have a look at the issues, and then managed to get everything fixed and sorted the following day. Communication was clear, he arrived at the times he said he would and he got the work done quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely look to use them again.
