Terry executed our building plans perfectly and any issues that cropped up during the process he offered well thought out solutions. The standard of work was top notch and attention to detail was outstanding. The project was completed to budget and any additional work we asked for was priced fairly. Terry and all of the trade’s people who came in were polite, professional and knowledgeable. We have recommended TD Newbitt to family members and the work has been completed to the same standard and I would definitely use them again.

We trusted Terry Dewick of T.D.Newbitt Building and Landscapes to convert our garage into a lounge and toilet. Terry was brilliant from start to finish. He arranged visits with our local council’s building control. Terry completed all the groundwork including sewer connections, new brick wall at the front, insulation and all the stud/plasterboard work. The work was completed to a high standard. Terry’s communication was great throughout and the cost was far more competitive than other quotes we had received. All in all a great company to deal with and we’re very happy with the outcome

House extension and triple garage and block paved driveway. He is very thorough and his work is exceptional. He can be trusted and I would highly recommend him , which is a rarity today. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at the price quoted with no hidden extras.
