  General Building Work

  Trevor originally came around to quote for the installation of a recessed manhole. Since he started work at my house, I’ve got him to render part of my conservatory, re-lay my foot path in the garden, re-point the patio and a few smaller jobs. I’ve found him to be pleasant, hard working and more importantly I’m really pleased with his work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.

  External rendering to rear of house

  Needed the back of the house rendered and repaired Guttering needed fixing also and all repainted A* work absolutely did a fantastic job Also asked Trevor if he could do some decorating indoors which he did as well .. again excellent work and super tidy Will definitely use T Decs again as we would like him to do the front of the house as well in the near future

  External Wall Re-Render

  Trevor went above and beyond to fulfil this job for me. The reason I choose him was because his prices were reasonable and he is a brilliant communicator (which is rare for tradesmen!). We had a few hiccups along the way, none of which were his fault, but he communicated to me and reassured me that the job would get done. I don't live any where near the property so good communication is incredibly important to me. I was also worried about rain water leaking into the shop below so he went to property and covered the wall in plastic as a temporary fix while were waiting for the rain to.

  Trevor and Sam did some external wall repairs follow by painting the front of the house.

  I found Trevor via checkatrade website Trevor and Sam were very efficient on an organisational, practical and professional level and I was very satisfied with their high quality of work They were also very pleasant, accommodating and cleaned up at the end of every day I will recommend them highly and will certainly use them for any future building works

  Knocking through walls and plastering
