  Renovating rear extension plus first floor extension above

  Tom and his team were excellent. He came several times to discuss options giving a few quotes to help make a decision. Tom provided a schedule of work with plans for each week. It worked like clockwork. They were never held up waiting for something Tom was in charge of. The only delay (from a supplier), he found practical solution to keep going so they finished a day early! All of Tom's team were polite helpful and respectful working to a very high standard and tidying up every day. We cannot recommend them highly enough and are planning more with Tom because we know we are in good hands.

  Rear extenstion along with downstairs bathroom & utility

  First and foremost as people that we shared our living spaces with for 12 weeks Tom, Carl, Owen, Gary, Josh & Alex were all fab! They were kind, polite, courteous and left the space clean and organised at the end of each day. The project completed on time and on budget. Tom was always available to listen to my many, many questions throughout and offer advice and suggestions to ensure we ended up with a space that gave us exactly what we needed :) I would (and have) 110% recommend Tom & team to anyone who wants a stress free building experience.

  Single Storey Extension

  This is the 2nd time we have used TD Carpentry and Building . Once again the experience has been 1st class. Tom and his team are friendly, courteous, impeccably tidy, provided excellent communication throughout the 11 week build and are very talented. The workmanship is excellent as is the attention to detail. Tom came up with workable solutions to a couple of unforeseen hitches that can occur when undertaking major work in your home. The job was finished on time and to a very high standard. We are delighted and our house feels like a new home! We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

  Ground floor, wrap-around extension and kitchen/utility fit

  We are delighted with our new extension/ kitchen project delivered by Tom and his team. Tom was a pleasure to work with, keeping me informed throughout, keeping to schedule and dealing with challenges in a pragmatic way. Tom, Carl and Owen were fantastic to have on site - hard workers, and nice guys too. All of the other trades were expertly coordinated by Tom and their quality of workmanship was fantastic too. I couldn't recommend TD CARPENTRY and BUILDING highly enough.

  3.5 Meter Extension, Patio, Flooring and Plasterwork

  We were extremely pleased with TD Carpentry and Building. The overall finish of the extension is superb. Tom, Carl and Owen were also extremely understanding on the build, as our son was born 2 days into the build. They minimised any inconvenience over this period. The build was on time and followed the very detailed build schedule provided to us prior to the commencement of the extension. Every day after work was completed the outside was cleaned and washed, which caused minimal interference with our neighbours. We are extremely happy and will be using the company again for further work
