Carried out oil boiler service fully, comprehensive list of tasks and full explanation. Highly recommend.

TCS carried out the replacement of our domestic oil fired boiler in July 2025. They worked with us to coincide with when we were away to minimise disruption. The boiler replacement only took one day and was executed professionally, with the job site being left clean and tidy and a neat installation. The boiler itself is of good quality and is running well. All information, including a 10 year guarantee was handed over in job completion. They were helpful and courteous / would certainly recommend.

I am so pleased to have been recommended TCS Plumbing &Heating from a neighbour. I’ve had so many problems with my oil boiler over the years and struggled to get reliable, trustworthy service from previous companies. Tom decommissioned our old oil boiler and installed a new one in a new location which was not straightforward due to living in a very old house with many quirks. However Tom did an excellent job. I will most definitely be using him again. Overall Tom is reliable, friendly and clearly very knowledgable.

Called Tom for a boiler repair, he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered a part for the next day. Tom worked late on a Friday evening so we could get heating and hot water back, it was much appreciated. We plan to get him back to service the boiler soon.
