Called Tom for a boiler repair, he diagnosed the issue quickly and ordered a part for the next day. Tom worked late on a Friday evening so we could get heating and hot water back, it was much appreciated. We plan to get him back to service the boiler soon.

Called TCS as the boiler was not firing and arrived next day bang on time. Issue identified and resolved quickly - clearly knows his stuff. Very friendly, total professional - thoroughly recommended. Have booked a boiler service in for next week.

TCS plumbing were excellent throughout from quoting to installation including all necessary paperwork . Nothing was too much trouble. They turned up on time and cracked on with the work. The installation was neat tidy and accurate. Tom was so particular that everything was perfect he’s a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. Tom also carried out numerous commissioning tests and checks ensuring everything was perfect . They also meticulously cleaned up after each day. I would definitely use Tom and TCS plumbing again and recommend them to anyone

Tom is a rare breed nowadays; turns up when he says he will, responds quickly, does exactly what says he's going to do, everything left spotless - a breath of fresh air when many tradespeople seem to have forgotten that customer service matters. Tom approaches everything in a calm and professional manner giving you every reassurance that you are in safe hands. Ours wasn't a straightforward job due to an existing biomass instal. But Tom gathered a great team all of whom provided the same level of service. Above all Tom is a great engineer and his work ethic is top notch. Thoroughly recommended!
