TCM answered the phone first time, and called me back when we got cut off. They booked the job in same day and turned up around the time promised. Then when an additional fault developed, they dropped in on their way between jobs to show the plumber what the camera saw. I dont think TCM could have been more helpful! Will happily recommend them.
