Tom has been brilliant sorting out my mum's electric boiler and he also replaced her bathroom taps. Has been brilliant in communicating with me on behalf of my mum. He is very conscientious and very professional. Would highly recommend. Thanks Tom

Repair was carried out quickly and easily - couldn’t be happier!

Our electric shower broke, and Tom was able to respond and fit us in quickly. I am very happy with the work completed. Not only is he very knowledgeable and happy to explain what/why he is doing, he is a perfectionist and did a really great job. Despite working around broken tiles and awkward shapes left by previous installations, he left a flawless finish that looks better than it did before! He did everything properly, no corners cut and if I need anymore electrical/plumbing work, I would be confident that he could handle it. He was punctual, friendly, and left the site very clean too.

Really excellent job all round. Tom was very knowledgeable and competent. All work appeared to be of a very high standard with good materials used, and mess was kept to a minimum. Also got along with other tradespeople on site very well, to give the best overall outcome. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
