Hi ive tried calling you Tuesday night I was taking into hospital with my gallstones I've been suffering the past week if you need too get hospital reports I can this isn't right customers put up whatever they wish if answered the phone they would know

Great customer service, good communication with myself. Team was friendly work carried our was great cleaned up after themselves even cut my front bush when I asked even though I didn’t ask for this originally would definitely use them again

Really pleased with the work that was done. They gave us a very reasonable quote. The guys were on time, worked really hard did exactly what we wanted and left our garden neat and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Unsafe and Incomplete Work – Would Not Recommend

I hired this company for tree work at my late mother’s home. I was present on the first day, but the job was left incomplete: stumps weren’t removed, and large branches were left hanging dangerously, some overhanging into the neighbour’s garden. The team didn’t wear safety gear, and no cleanup was done, so four of us spent an entire day clearing debris. James has responded but continues to make excuses, with no date for completion since 10th April. He missed a scheduled visit on 27th April after I drove 2 hours. Very frustrating, and the work remains unfinished and unsafe. Would not recommend
