Response from TB Tiles & Plastering
Of course, I completely disagree with this opinion. The situation was entirely different. During my work grouting, the client’s wife began cleaning and wiping the countertops. Later, she left for the upper floor, behaving strangely, and then blamed me for the issue. I offered to help remove the small water stain, but the client insulted me, refused to pay for the work, and threw me out of the house, stating that he wanted new countertops and would contact my insurance company. I would also like to point out that before I began my work, the client had personally secured the countertops with blankets and other unusual items, not allowing me to move them. This prevented me from properly inspecting the area before starting. Additionally, the water stain is located above the boiler, which could also be the source of the leak. When I mentioned this to the client as a potential explanation, he categorically denied it. It was impossible to work with this client to resolve the issue.
