The company requested payment for materials and arranged a date. I rearranged an appointment to accommodate this and when I rang them the evening before to confirm, I was advised they could not make it. It was re arranged for the following day. That morning I received a message cancelling the job.

This company requested payment for materials and advised the date they would carry out the work. I rearranged an appointment to accommodate this and when I messaged them to confirm the evening before, they advised they were not able to make it that day and said they would come the day after. They did not arrive and messaged me to cancel the job.

We were left stranded by a previous builder, who started to knock our fireplace out, but then decided "what you see is what you get" and we were left with a mess. Danny contacted me, within hours of posting on here, to come and assess the job. Taylor called me within minutes of Danny leaving and managed to squeeze us in around their busy schedule. PJ showed up and made the job look so easy! We are over the moon with the result and already have the team lined up for other works needed. Thank you so much!

I cannot fault the service I have received by TBS. Dan & Taylor talked me through the whole process and were approachable at any point during the project. The team they employ were all friendly and considerate, keeping the workspace clean and tidy. The quality of the workmanship is 10/10 and I’m really happy with the outcome of the work. They really bought my vision to life! Additionally they were really considerate of my 2 cats whilst carrying out the duration of the work. Making it a stress free process for them also.

I was really impressed with the building work carried out. Communication was excellent throughout, I was always kept informed about progress and what was happening. The team kept the site clean and tidy, with all rubbish promptly removed. They were also completely transparent about costs, and even refunded us some money when they had materials left over. A very honest and professional service from start to finish.
