  We considered quite a few builders for our extension and are very pleased that we chose T. Blundell Building Contractors. Trevor started our work as planned, arrived on time every day, made good progress and completed the job within the timeframe. Every part of the build was done to a high standard. Trevor takes pride in doing things properly and is always tidy and respectful of your home. We were given regular updates on how things were going and Trevor was always approachable and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking for a professional and competent builder.

  House renovation

  Commissioned T.Blundell Building Contractors to do some internal renovations to our property. The workmanship was of the highest standard and the project was completed in a timely manner and within our stringent budget constraints. I would highly recommend T.Blundell for any building work you may require.

  This is the second project with Trevor. Again a great job, well executed to a high standard. More importantly, a pleasure to work with. Straight as a die, turned up when he said he would, and handled difficult neighbours brilliantly. Job was completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Great attention to detail. Will certainly work with Trevor again. Once you find a good builder, you stick with them.

  Removal and replacement of skirting boards post flood damage

  We had a flood in our kitchen, dining room and hall. All skirting boards had to be removed and eventually replaced. As an emergency removal Trevor Blundell was there when we needed him and helped us get the areas ready to be repainted and a new floor laid. Trevor is great throughout the project, advising us when we were unsure what approach to take and warning us of what things to be mindful of as our house dried out.

  Garden wall built

  Trevor was efficient responding to my enquiry, turned up for the quote and after I accepted it, he completed the job within the time scale given. Very high quality workmanship, polite and left everything clean and tidy. An overall very good service with a reasonable price. I would highly recommend Trevor.
