  The engineer was prompt in responding to the query/request. Communication was very good, with quick responses. Work was carried out in a timely manner. Quality of work was good and cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

  Boiler Issues

  Had an error code coming up on my boiler which resulted in it not sparking up (no heating or water). Dan phoned immediately, explained what the issue(s) could be and came out immediately. Quickly resolved the issue and sorted ASAP.

  I was contacted on the day I asked for help, He came out that afternoon, assessed the problem and then came back with the parts and completed the job. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend

  Several plumbing jobs and boiler check

  We’d originally planned the job on the Tuesday, however it was delayed a day due to parts not being in so was day later. Jobs were done throughout the day and Dan left the area nice and tidy once finished. It may have been nice to have some more communication throughout the process but otherwise the work was done to a high standard.

  New shower installation

  Dan was wonderful. He contacted me quickly and was able to come and do the job within three hours of our first communication. My bathroom has been left lovely and clean and the new shower looks great. I would absolutely recommend and will be using Taymer again for future jobs. Thank you so much!!
