  Excellent Company

  We received a comprehensive & competitive quote from Taylor Roofing. The roofers Tom and Steve worked really hard each day, removing two chimney stacks, the large capping stones, cutting down the wall to the roofline & removing the old roof. They installed a complete new roof & completely refurbished the one chimney stack still in use. You can see the pride they have taken in their work. Thankyou Hayley for keeping us updated throughout the work being completed. A professional & excellent service from start to finish.We can confidently recommend Taylor Roofing.   We had a lot of issues with Taylor roofing from start to finish. Communication between the office and the team was poor so that the works that we asked for to repair the chimney and the fascias on our flat roof were missed. Then they quoted us an additional price for these. When we investigated the flat roof further we found they had not removed the original boards on the flat roof and the new boards had been put on top of the rotten ones. I advise that if you employ this company get a detailed breakdown of the work in writing and check that they are following this.

  Janet we completed the works exactly as the quotation. We are a company and of course we provide quotes to do additional works - if we did them for free then we wouldn’t have a business. I’m sure you do not go to work for free either. Please do the right thing and remove this review as it isn’t the truth.

  Both my husband and I would recommend Taylor Roofing, not only for an excellent job removing of our old roof and fitting a complete new roof on our bungalow in Carlton, Pontefract. We received an excellent service from the time of our quote to the completion of the job, we would recommend this company to our friends and family, Karen and Peter

  Thank you to Taylor Roofing for my new slate roof. From start to finish, they organised everything — from the scaffolding to the waste removal — and they began and completed the work on the dates promised. The roofing team was fantastic. They stayed on the job from start to finish and were skilled, experienced, polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I had plenty of questions, all of which were answered clearly and thoroughly. Thank you — I’m delighted with the result.

  We have been fortunate to have used various companies whilst we renovated our house and they have all been excellent but, the one company that stands head and shoulders above the rest is Taylor Roofing. Incredibly professional and very experienced, from the initial inspection (and quote), the work has been flawless every time. Taylor Roofing excel each and every time. Theirs vans are always spotless and the staff are polite, hard working and tidy (always important). Quotes are prompt and professionally presented and honestly, nothing is too much trouble. The admin team are also superb.
