Prompt, efficient and friendly

We had a problem with our main door so I phoned Joe Taylor and he came round the very next morning and fixed the issue which we are extremely grateful for. We received a letter informing us our alarm system needed an annual service, we agreed a date and as usual Joe turned up promptly on time and explained what he was going to do and why .Polite , curtious and respectful the job was carried out to a high standard . Great service as usual and didn’t leave the job till he had explained everything . A professional job. Well recommended to everyone.

Called Joe around mid morning having seen very complimentary recommendations in several other places on - line. Explained our problem - Joe advised his price, and that he could come later at 3pm. He arrived promptly, weighed up the job. Then went ahead in replacing the offending window handle. I said that the back door needed realigning. Joe offered to repair that too whilst he was here. Joe is a really nice chap, extremely skilled at his job, and prepared to go the extra mile. Needless to say, I am really happy to recommend him for anything in the home security spectrum.
