Daniel came over to go over some window questions and provide a quote. He was very courteous, answered all of our questions, and provided a quote within 24 hours. We did decide not to move forward with the job in general after all, but Daniel was still kind and helpful following that decision. From the beginning meeting Daniel for a quote to the end of James and James fitting the windows and doors was a positive experience. Daniel explained how the work would be carried out and the cost was broken down. James and James had to come quite a distance but they were on time. Very very respectful of our home putting down down sheets all over the carpets and ensuring no damage was done to the exiting brickwork making good and clearing up when finished. Job location: IG9Really lovely consultation when first asking for a quote, not pushy at all, but really informative and helpful. Guys completing the fitting worked hard and tidily.
