  Charlie was excellent, took great care and was exceptionally tidy. He gave us advice on various options for the future and explained which radiators may or may not work in our house.

  Boiler installation and associated work

  Charlie came out to us on Saturday afternoon to assess the problem- no heating nor hot water. It didn’t take him long to ascertain that the electrical circuit in the boiler had burnt out. He discussed with us various options which he confirmed by email that evening.He started the work on the Monday and the first day he didn’t finish until after 7pm! He was very polite, kind and nice to have working in our home. He kept us fully informed as to his timing, costing etc. He was very conscientious, cheerful and tidy and always took his shoes off ! Have no hesitation in recommending him; he’s a gem!

  Excellent customer service. Boiler replacement

  My 25+ year old boiler finally gave up a week ago. Charlie was with me within an hour from me calling him, and did a temporary repair. The boiler was having none of it so the next day I decided to replace the boiler. Charlie rearranged his work schedule and installed a brand new boiler within 4 days. He lent me a room heater until he could start so I wouldn't freeze. The weather was the coldest this year... freezing. He was on time, tidy, courteous and the job was done within two and a half days. I now have a lovely new boiler and a warm house. I would highly recommend Charlie Taylor 😃

  Extension plumbing and moving boiler

  New boiler and radiators

  Charlie was really helpful advising on a new boiler and radiators, and carried out the work promptly and carefully. He's knowledgeable about the different options and always happy to explain and send information. He has also carried out a boiler service for me previously, and recently a small plumbing repair. He's quick to respond to messages and fit in the work, is nice to deal with and does a great job. Highly recommend.

  Install of new radiator, a new radiator valve and fixing of leaks

  Charlie work for me was excellent. We arranged a date and he turned up on time and did a great job. He installed a new rad in a different place in the room and removed the old. He also fixed a number of leaks in the house and fitted a new stop cock to isolate the house form the mains water. Great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend. However book early as he is a busy guy!
