Ben responded very quickly to the request and turned up that day. The problem wasn't as straight forward as initially thought and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. He also resealed a second shower that had been leaking for a while and previous plumbers had struggled to find the leak. He was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job.

Excellent service and price for the work being carried out. Any mess was cleared up and taken away and arrived on time, would recommend if looking for work to be carried out.

Ben installed a new boiler today. He arrived on time, and worked all day. His work is first class, and he pays great attention to detail. His pricing is very competitive. I would definitely recommend him, and will most certainly get him to carry out the annual boiler service

Ben was so helpful getting our new boiler and Hive fitted. He was clean and tidy and very professional. He spent time tidying up and also registering the warranty and setting up Hive for me. I would recommend him.

Ben was friendly throughout. What started off as a boiler repair became a boiler replacement after several parts did not solve the issue of rising pressure. Ben spent a day trying to fix it and as a measure of good faith his quote to replace the boiler only included the cost of parts for the previously attempted repair, he had removed his labour costs.
