Great and accommodating at short notice, good price. Hard job getting table out collection garden. En-route I had to leave and left a video with instructions including where money was. Only thing they replied with was ‘where’s the money’. Didn’t reply to other messages when they were 20 mins late. On arrival someone called and was extremely rude. The table wouldn’t fit - instead of breaking the news politely, they complained that they weren’t paid enough to do it, made it out like they were doing a favour because of low price, patronising, telling me I didn’t know how big table was.

It’s Unfortunate you feel this way, in actual fact the table did not fit out the sellers garden and without my staff the job could not have proceeded. Before arrival we were informed the customer had to leave so we simply enquired who would pay us ? Not in a rude way as was suggested .
No consideration was given by the customer if the table would fit through a very tight walk way and it clearly did not even with scaffolding making it impossible.
I regret this customer felling we felt short on this occasion and we will look at things to improve for the future .
