  Kitchen extension and garage

  We chose Tatum to build our kitchen extension and garage, as they offered a competitive price and had good reviews. Alex, Matt and Caine were reliable, trustworthy, polite and respectful, as were the subcontractors they used for specific parts of the work. Communication was good throughout and the project was completed within budget and to timescale. We were very happy with their work and would recommend.

  Fire restoration renovation extension

  Tatum Builders were fantastic in rebuilding my fire-damaged home. Despite the complex structural repairs required, they delivered a high-quality finish, completed the project ahead of schedule, and stayed within budget. Throughout the process, they communicated clearly, were understanding and professional, kept the site tidy, and were respectful of neighbours. Alex, Caine, and Matt are highly knowledgeable and have a great range of skills between them. I would highly recommend Tatum Builders.

  Large, cedar clad extension to the rear of our bungalow. Large room, utility and toilet

  We approached a number of builders for a quotation. Tatum were one of only three who responded with a quotation and follow up call. The figure was slightly larger than we anticipated (though not the £20k higher a large company put forward), but Tatum met with us and we agreed ways of meeting our target without compromising quality or the overall feel of the build. We agreed a price and a start date. They were on site every day during the ten week build, everything happened according to schedule and within budget. Very impressed and would recommend highly.

  Complete restoration & renovation of a derelict, heritage property

  From the initial visit to scope the project through to the build itself, Tatum builders have been fantastic. Taking on a derelict, dilapidated heritage property was a huge undertaking, and I could not be happier with the result. Always polite, courteous, and incredibly hard working, the team communicated well, keeping me in the loop throughout. My home needed a complete rework, rewiring, re-plumbing and extending. From liaising with planners, architects & structural engineers to building the extension, the team made sure every detail was carefully considered, clearly taking pride in their work

  Internal building works - vaulting ceilings - knocking walls down - stud work

  Great communication from start to finish, fair competitive price. Alex, Kane and mat did a great job in the timeframe given. Would highly recommend and will definitely have them back for more work in the future.

  Large home extension with considerable groundworks and demanding building regs requirement.

  The team were excellent from start to finish. They visited the site a number of occasions before starting & positively contributed advice which helped with cost and planning. The project came in on time and on budget. They are all very courteous, professional and really easy to work with. Their work is very good, they turned-up on time put in a good days work. The team gave us lots of confidence through their ability and quality of workmanship. We would recommend using this team who communicate well & are very respectful towards the client. But overall it was a good build - Thanks Guys
