Good communication and speed

Thomas is a very approachable and a genuinely nice person, with great knowledge and expertise. I initially called him to fix leaking taps in both the kitchen and shower room. While we first thought replacing the washers would solve the issue in the shower room, it turned out the taps were too rusted and needed full replacement. Fortunately, Thomas came fully prepared with all the necessary parts and managed to complete the entire job within an hour. Excellent service, great guy, and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!
