  Clean and professional...

  The work was carried out a week or so ago and we are very happy with the new tap. Forgotten what it was like to have a tap that works properly...should have had it replaced ages ago. Quick call out time, clean and professional, would recommend Tate Plumbing & Systems to anyone based on our experience.

  Tate responded straight away, gave a fair quote, was punctual with the time, carried out the work in best possible way, and especially gave great attention to small details, I was very impressed, will definitely call him if need any future jobs!

  Do not use!

  Do not use! Tate damaged wall panels that he had just fitted, caused two leaks which left water dripping through my hallway & lounge ceiling. Then approximately 6 weeks after a full bathroom renovation, i was left with dripping shower taps. He would not reply to my email, text or phone call to come back & fix the problem. Checkatrade tried to contact him but he ignored them as well. I have now had to pay for a new shower tap unit & get it fitted! Shocking service.,

  Would recommend - would use again!

  Excellent communication throughout. Asked for photos of the problem (leaking toilet) from which they gave a quote for the job so we knew what the cost would be before incurring any charges (other plumbers wanted to charge a flat hourly rate before assessing the job so would have been more expensive). On arrival the job was easier than they expected so they reduced the price. Very helpful and friendly. Would 100% use again.

  Tate was brilliant - I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work. He was quick to respond to messages, arrived on time and completed the work as quoted. He also tidied up after himself! Tate will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.
