Fitted a cheap £14.99 aerial after I had selected a £140 aerial from their catalogue, fitted an FM aerial back to front so it doesn't work as it should, aerials are not aligned with the Guildford transmitter, they checked the satellite minidish, LNB had failed but they wouldn't replace it as apparently it's no longer available. They are available on the web. They are happy with this work and refuse to return to fix the aerials citing inaccessibilty.
