Gus, repaired our oven which according to our insurance providers and appliance repair company was not fixable. He spent time reviewing our oven and found the issues and save me a few thousand pounds replacing the oven/ cooker unit.

I am an overseas landlord. I tried various times to book an appointment on their website but nothing happened. I called various times and ended up booking the dishwasher engineer. The job was done and they said it had a blockage. Not more than 2 days later the same issue happened. Have emailed and called several times and they said they will contact the tenant but they have not done anything. It's almost 1 month and still nothing!
