I am an overseas landlord. I tried various times to book an appointment on their website but nothing happened. I called various times and ended up booking the dishwasher engineer. The job was done and they said it had a blockage. Not more than 2 days later the same issue happened. Have emailed and called several times and they said they will contact the tenant but they have not done anything. It's almost 1 month and still nothing!

The engineer revisited and found a leak from the dishwasher tub, causing water to collect in the base. As with the initial visit, the area was cleaned, but the issue is not repairable due to physical damage to the dishwasher. The only way to manage it is by draining the water when it accumulates.
This was explained to the tenant during both visits. However, the tenant has said he is unwilling to manage the issue and, citing ongoing problems and multiple pump replacements, believes the dishwasher should be replaced.
