The technician who came was very rude and short tempered. Instead of resolving the minor condensation issue, the technician broke the fridge controls and left it in non-working status. He assured that he will come back once the faulty parts have been ordered and never returned. I had to chase him back only to be told then that parts not available so change your fridge. He took cash in hand and charged VAT as well. I had to get another engineer from another repair company to resolve the issue.

Gus was presented with a very difficult task of first removing the washing machine from a tight space and then emptying out 50 litres of water ... all done with ultimate professionlism and a smile on his face Thank you GUS would highly recommend them)

I had to arrange a urgent repair on a washer/dryer for my new Tenants. I spoke with TAR on Wednesday and they ordered the part required and visited the property on Friday to complete the repair. Everything was completed really quickly and without complications. I was very impressed also the fixed labour charge I think was very reasonable and it would have covered further visits if required.
