I saw Rob on Instagram and contacted him for a survey about my wall cracking. He was quick to reply and came over the following week. He explained to me why the cracking had happened and the solution for it. He could not have made a daunting task feel easier. It was carried out on the date agreed and was tidy, non intrusive and all works done on time and to a high standard. We found out through our structural engineer that our house has corroded wall ties. We reached out to target structural for a quote. Robert did a survey to confirm the condition that the wall ties are in. He provided a report and a quote. My name is Robert Balanel the Regional Director of Target Structural Cotswolds.
Target Structural is the approved installer of Target Fixings which has 30 years of experience as a market leader of construction solutions.
Structural problems increase with changing extremes and fluctuations (heat as well as cold) in temperature. In dry conditions soil shrinkage, particularly of those that are clay-rich, can lead to building subsidence, structural deformation and collapse in the most severe cases.
We specialise in property structural repair across the Gloucestershire, Wiltshire and Bristol region. Looking after structural damage on your property will improve your house/property price as well as ensuring property stability into the future.
We work closely with engineers, architects and home surveyors.
We would be happy to receive enquiries from smaller jobs such as crack stitching using our Bar Flex products on a terraced home right up to larger undertakings such as
lateral restraint for bowing walls
underpinning/subsidence solutions
Using our Heli Pile system.

New build applications are not forgotten and as such new foundations may also be cast or bolted onto the previously driven Heli Piles. The lightweight equipment ensures that there is little disruption, even on the wettest or most difficult site.
