Dev turned up when he said he would. Sorted the issue and was happy to problem solve. I now have hot water again! He is sourcing a part and providing me a quote for further work required.

Dev was very professional with his communication. Arrived on time. reviewed the boiler and informed me the safety issue. advised on a replacement. Boiler replaced the following week in one day. The house is heating up much quicker and so is the hot taps. Completely transparent about the price. I did not change the price at the end of the job. I would highly recommend!
