It was a regular annual service. Nothing major. But they did the job well and communication was good.

Dev was very quick to attend and investigate the fault. He actually found many issues with the aged boiler and quoted a good price for a replacement. He provided a day to do the install the same week and turned up exactly the time promised. The boiler location wasn’t the easiest to work in and thought I may have to dismantle the cabinet but Dev did it all and worked away all day also modifying pipes that didn’t meet regs. He did a good explanation at the end and was very polite and well mannered throughout. Very pleased with new boiler.

Dev was able to fit the job in at short notice which was much appreciated. He arrived when promised, was very courteous, was very tidy, and fixed the problem after ordering a replacement part which arrived a couple of days later. He explained the issue and gave advice on the general condition of the boiler which was helpful. A very positive experience, thanks!
