Was a tricky place as usual but he did a great job of getting up it somehow and it’s working brilliantly with no mess and no fuss.

James responded really quickly to my request for help, and was clear and transparent in communication. He was able to fit us in within a short time frame, and got the jobs done with no fuss. He was friendly when we met, and tidied up after himself too!
